1. RETREAT PACKAGE AND SERVICES
The Organiser provides accommodation, meals, yoga and wellness activities, cultural experiences, excursions and other services as specified in the retreat package selected by the Participant.
The exact services included and excluded are described on the official retreat booking page and in the booking confirmation.
Unless explicitly stated as included, flights, personal expenses, travel documentation, insurance, optional treatments and additional activities are the Participant's responsibility.
Shared airport arrival transfers are provided only at the scheduled times communicated by the Organiser. Transport outside these arrangements is at the Participant's own expense.
2. MEALS, MENUS AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Meals will be provided as described in the selected retreat package.
Menus may be adjusted due to seasonal availability, ingredient shortages, supplier limitations, food quality, weather or other circumstances beyond the Organiser's reasonable control.
Where ingredients or dishes are unavailable, the Organiser may substitute them with alternatives of comparable quality and value.
Participants must inform the Organiser in advance of food allergies, intolerances or important dietary requirements.
3. BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS
A 30% non-refundable deposit of the total selected retreat package price is required to secure a booking.
The remaining 70% may be paid in two additional instalments according to the payment schedule communicated at booking.
The full retreat price must be paid no later than 15 March 2027.
All payments are final and non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the Participant, subject to mandatory applicable law.
Travel Cancellation Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel cancellation insurance at the time of booking, as payments are non-refundable in the event of personal cancellation.
Payments are personal and may not be transferred to another Participant without the Organiser's prior written agreement.
The Participant is responsible for making payments by the specified deadlines.
4. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellation by the Participant
Participants who wish to cancel must notify the Organiser in writing.
The 30% deposit is non-refundable.
Additional payments are subject to the cancellation terms disclosed during booking and any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
The Organiser may, at its discretion, offer a transfer of payments toward a future retreat. Such an offer is not guaranteed.
Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain travel cancellation insurance.
Cancellation by the Organiser
The Organiser may cancel the retreat due to insufficient enrolment, significant safety concerns, force majeure or other circumstances preventing the retreat from taking place.
Where the Organiser cancels the retreat, Participants will receive a refund of payments made for services not provided, or any greater refund required by applicable law.
The Organiser is not responsible for independently purchased flights or other personal travel arrangements, except where liability is imposed by applicable law.
5. HEALTH, SAFETY AND INSURANCE
Participants are responsible for assessing their ability to take part in yoga, physical activities, swimming, walking, excursions and other retreat experiences.

Participants should seek medical advice before participating if they are uncertain about their fitness for an activity.
Valid travel and medical insurance, including appropriate emergency medical cover, is required.
Participants agree to follow reasonable safety instructions and to participate within their individual physical abilities.
6. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The Participant acknowledges that yoga, swimming, boating, hiking, outdoor activities, travel and excursions involve inherent risks.

Participants agree to exercise reasonable care for their own safety and the safety of others.
Provided equipment, including SUP boards, snorkelling masks and other water or beach gear, is used at the Participant's own responsibility and only in conditions suitable for the Participant's ability. The Participant is responsible for any damage to or loss of borrowed equipment.
The Organiser will take reasonable precautions in planning and delivering activities. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for negligence where applicable law prohibits such exclusion.

Participants must not take part in activities requiring physical coordination, swimming, boating or other safety-sensitive activities while impaired.
The Organiser reserves the right to take reasonable action, including exclusion from an activity or, in serious cases, removal from the retreat, where a Participant's behaviour creates a significant safety risk or seriously disrupts others.
Any removal decision will be handled proportionately and in accordance with applicable law.
9. ACCOMMODATION AND PROPERTY
Participants are expected to respect the retreat accommodation, shared facilities, equipment, other guests and neighbouring properties.
Participants may be held responsible for damage they intentionally or negligently cause, to the extent permitted by law.

12. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND ARRIVAL
Participants are responsible for valid passports, visas, travel documents and compliance with applicable entry requirements.

Participants retain all mandatory statutory rights relating to cancellations, refunds and package travel, where applicable.
16. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Participants are encouraged to raise any concerns with the Organiser as soon as possible so that reasonable efforts can be made to resolve them during the retreat.
If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, the parties will seek an amicable resolution.
